IC 5067 in the Pelican Nebula
This ridge spans for 10 light-years...just how far is that. It's crazy how 10 light-years can be captured just like that. The whole nebula is actually 2,000 light-years, so this is just a little snippit of it. Also, the names for some celestial objects are just plain weird. I don't know why it's named Pelican Nebula, but it's very strange. It looks like a duck or monster more than anything.

Bright Planets, Crescent Moon
This looks so pretty and so unrealistic. I wanted to see this for myself but I missed the chance. I did not imagine it to be that bright and clear in the night sky. This just blew me away. Now I really want to see it in person. It's still strange to think that light reflected from Earth could show such a thing.

50th Anniversary of Sputnik
This is cool, but also very eerie. I've always wondered what Sputnik really meant, now I know and it's really not how I expect it to be. It's strange how Sputnik is named a "traveling companion" and it's used to spy on others. What's really strange is that the Soviets sent a dog into orbit a month after the first Sputnik. Why a dog...?
